Initially in a development role, after 6 years he was appointed Development Manager, still with hands on development but also responsible for the overall direction of the development process aiming to maximise the benefits of current and emerging technologies.

Additionally, he assumed responsibility for the complete overhaul of the company’s website during which time he became acutely aware of the huge changes taking place online and the opportunities that existed for smaller companies to be “out there” with the big brands.

Soon after this he spotted what he was looking for; the ORCA franchise!
